Trinity provides business and development strategy and project coordination. Real estate brokerage services, when applicable, are performed through appropriately licensed real estate brokerage professionals or firms under their own engagements. Consulting and project-coordination scopes are distinct from licensed brokerage services and compensation.

Ways a landowner or project participant may be involved
01
Acquire & exit
Acquire land and evaluate a later disposition, including after agreed improvements or approvals.
02
Contribute the land
Contribute a property to a project entity at an agreed valuation, subject to negotiated terms.
03
Land + development capital
Participate in additional stages through separately agreed funding, responsibilities and governance.
04
Retain for operation
Remain involved in a completed asset for its operating purpose or income strategy.
Capital requirements, valuations, participation and decision rights are defined separately for each project. For selected opportunities, Trinity may evaluate strategic partnership or joint venture structures where capabilities, capital, execution responsibilities and economic interests can be appropriately aligned. Participation, capital and results are not guaranteed.
Investment, property & immigration considerations
Buying land, a home, a farm or a ranch does not by itself qualify an investor for EB-5. An eligible investment must meet the applicable enterprise, capital, job-creation and other requirements. A rural designation has a specific legal definition and cannot be inferred from agricultural use.
Any immigration component requires separate assessment by qualified U.S. immigration counsel and project-specific review. Investment, tax and legal advice are provided by the appropriately authorized professionals.
